"Very well managed service centre. Process from reception to the delivery of vehicle is streamlined and well organised. Sitting area/lounge is spacious with good interiors. Washrooms are clean but it was appalling to find the WC/toilet seat without a seat and no toilet rolls. How do they expect their clients to use it. Not expected from a company which is having a turnover of more than Rs 500Cr cannot fix something which is worth Rs500. Otherwise a good experience."

The issues were numerous and serious: 1. Incomplete Work: The primary reason for the service was not adequately addressed, and the vehicle was returned with the main issue unresolved. 2. Unnecessary Billing: I was charged for services and parts that were neither requested nor delivered. The final bill was inflated without justification. 3. Untrained Staff: The technical team lacked the basic knowledge required to service a Thar properly, leading to incorrect diagnoses and wasted time. 4. Unethical Practices: It was evident that service advisors showed preferential treatment to customers who engaged in under-the-table dealings for stealing parts from vehicles within warranty period. This creates a serious concern about the integrity of the service process and the safety of our vehicles. This dealership operates with a severe lack of professionalism and integrity. I regret choosing them for my Thar's service and will not be returning."

"Very bad experience. They overbook and they don't give a damn. First time service they did nothing in service and had to take the car again for updates and other problems after repeated complaint. Second time car sent for service only for installing the updates and they kept car for two days and returned car without installing the updates."
